Dr. Kassem is engaged in medical research, including wound healing and psoriasis.

He participates actively in conferences worldwide on dermatological, surgical and aesthetic topics, including nail surgery.

He is specialized in the removal of moles beside benign and malignant skin lesions (skin cancer).

Dr. Kassem treats various ray of skin conditions:  inflammatory such as: psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, infections such as fungal infections, bacterial infections and viral warts. Also treating severe facial acne, venereal diseases, skin itch, diagnosing benign and malignant moles and removing them when needed, and investigating complex skin cases. In addition, Dr. Kassem provides aesthetic treatments, such as wrinkle filling using Hyaluronic acid fillers, lip augmentation, removing moles and skin lesions using methods which do not leave marks.
